Support
Email hi@coordigent.com for help with anything in Coordigent: the coord CLI, an agent app that does not show up, the website, your account or your project. It reaches both founders, and a person reads every message.
You can also use the contact form, which goes to the same inbox.
What to send
A short description of what you expected and what happened is enough to start. These make it quicker to answer:
- The output of
coord doctor, run in the repo where it goes wrong. It checks each agent app, your login and the daemon, and says what is not working. - The output of
coord version. - The agent app you use (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Kiro, Windsurf, VS Code or another) and your operating system.
- The text of any
⚠ COORD:line or error message, copied as text.
Fix it yourself first
- Install and Connect a repo cover most setup problems, and what
coord doctorreports. - The Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and other clients pages say what each agent app supports and how to check it is connected.
- MCP tools lists every tool an agent can call, its arguments and what it returns.
- CLI commands lists every
coordcommand.
