Coordigent / terms

Terms

Last updated 15 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Coordigent. By signing in you agree to them.

Who we are

Coordigent is built and operated by Coordigent, Inc., a Delaware corporation. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Coordigent, Inc., and these terms are an agreement between you and Coordigent, Inc..

Reach us at hi@coordigent.com.

What the service does

Coordigent records what AI coding agents do in your repositories and shows your team where those agents overlap. It is a coordination and visibility tool.

Coordigent does not write code, does not commit, does not push and does not change your repository. When its agent proposes how two people might split a file, that proposal is a message a person chooses to send. Nothing it suggests takes effect on its own.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your tokens private. An installation token grants access to your project's history, so treat it like a password.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must not use Coordigent if we have previously closed your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Coordigent to store or transmit anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share with your team.
  • Attempt to reach another team's data, or to circumvent the limits that keep teams apart.
  • Overload the service deliberately, or use it in a way that degrades it for others.
  • Resell access to Coordigent without our written agreement.

The Agent Coordinator

Projects can switch on an agent that drafts suggestions for resolving overlaps, using a third-party language model. It is off by default.

Its output is a draft for a person to read and send, or not. It can be wrong. You are responsible for what you do with it.

Your content

What Coordigent records about your sessions remains yours. We do not claim ownership of it, and we do not use it to train models.

You grant us the licence needed to store it, show it to your teammates according to your project's visibility setting, and operate the service.

Availability

We aim to keep Coordigent running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw features.

Coordigent is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost or corrupted data arising from your use of Coordigent.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending it

You can stop using Coordigent at any time.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why where we reasonably can.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, or protections that cannot be contracted out of, nothing here takes those away.
